How it works
- Free 20-minute call. You walk us through the process that eats your week. If it is not worth automating, we will say so.
- Fixed-price pilot. We build one workflow in your own accounts, test it alongside your current process, then switch it on. You know the price before we start.
- Monthly run fee. Once it is live, a flat monthly fee covers monitoring, fixes and small changes. Month to month, with 30 days' notice to cancel.

Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Your software subscriptions (for example Make, Zapier, Microsoft licences or AI usage) are paid by you directly, so you keep ownership. Final pricing is agreed in writing after the call.
How we handle your data
- UK GDPR. We act as your processor and follow UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Built in your own accounts. Automations live in your accounts, not ours, so you keep control if we ever part ways.
- Least-privilege access. We ask only for the access each workflow needs, and you can remove it at any time.
- Data processing agreement. A DPA is available before any work starts.
- AI providers. Where AI is used, we use business terms where your data is not used to train models, and we document what data each workflow touches.
FAQ
Who builds the automations?
We build with modern automation platforms and AI-assisted tools. Every workflow is reviewed and tested before it goes live, and you have one point of contact.
Do I need to change my software?
Usually not. We work with the tools you already use wherever possible.
What happens if I cancel?
Give 30 days' notice. The automations stay in your accounts, and we hand over a short runbook so your team or another provider can look after them.
Is there a long contract?
No. The pilot is a fixed price, and the run fee is month to month.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
UK small businesses with repetitive admin: services firms, trades, facilities, e-commerce and agencies. We are not a fit for complex regulated systems or anything that needs a certified professional.
