What we collect and why

• Enquiry details (name, company, email, your message): to reply and to prepare a proposal (steps before a contract).
• Customer contact and billing details: to deliver the service and invoice (contract; legal obligation for accounting records).
• Business contact details: to tell you about relevant services (legitimate interests; you can object at any time).

Data in client systems

When we build or run automations for a client, we process the client's data as a processor under a written data processing agreement and only on the client's instructions.

Sharing

Our website host (Netlify, which processes form submissions), email and IT providers, and our accountants. Some providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 2 years. Customer and accounting records: 6 years after the end of the financial year.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Email us. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
