Terms of service

These terms apply to services provided under the OpsRetain name by 90 International Traders Limited unless a signed proposal or agreement says otherwise.

1. Scope. Each pilot and package is described in a written proposal. Work outside the scope is quoted separately.
2. Fees. Setup and pilot fees are fixed and payable as set out in the proposal. Monthly run fees are billed monthly in advance. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
3. Term and cancellation. Monthly services run month to month. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice.
4. Your accounts and software. Automations are built in your accounts. You pay for your own software subscriptions and usage. You own the workflows we build for you once paid for.
5. Access. You give us the access we reasonably need and can withdraw it at any time. We use it only to provide the services.
6. Data protection. Where we process personal data for you, we do so as your processor under a data processing agreement.
7. Service levels. We fix faults within a reasonable time once we are aware of them. We do not guarantee that third-party platforms will always be available.
8. Liability. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect loss or loss of profit or data, except where the law does not allow this to be limited.
9. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
